Clean 3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1 reps

since i have yet to find anyone who can show me proper technique for movements such as the clean, scott and i just used 85lbs for the above. powerlifting movements don't feel natural to me at all. i also went to the climbing gym today. i managed to squeeze my frostbitten toes into a shoe without any pain. my big toe looked especially nasty whenever i took my shoe off. tomorrow i'll see how badly my toes will fare out in the cold.
